“I’ve wanted to create a real estate space for a long time so that the Dominican Diaspora could have access to the various projects being carried out in different locations. There’s really a lot of ignorance here about how to buy, who to buy from, and financing plans,” explained Gina Bacchi, CEO of Red Inmobiliaria.
Next month, the Dominican Diaspora residing in New York will have the opportunity to learn about the interesting projects currently offered by their country's market, with the exhibition that Red Inmobiliaria will carry out, aimed at satisfying the investment demand of Dominicans abroad, in the property sector.
The first Real Estate Hub will take place on April 2nd of this year from five to ten o'clock at night, sponsored by the United States Chamber of Commerce and nationally renowned developers, as well as prominent real estate agencies that will be showcasing the latest developments and advancements in the Dominican real estate field.
“I’ve wanted to create a real estate space for a long time so that the Dominican Diaspora could have access to the various projects being carried out in different locations. He said that the participating brands will showcase innovative projects at the exhibition, so that the public attending can appreciate the scope of real estate developments offered by the Dominican Republic and have options to choose their property, according to their needs and budget.
“There’s an audience here that invests and is very interested; there’s a lot of excitement surrounding the event, and many people have signed up. Potential developers with extensive experience and well-known firms are coming, and many people have already reserved their spots,” Bacchi stated.
The event is also supported by Noval Properties and Civil Mek.
