Within the framework of the recently held International Tourism Fair (Fitur) 2024, which took place from January 24 to 28, Utopia Development and the renowned firm Morph Estudio reached a collaboration agreement for the construction of a luxury tourism project, which will contribute to the development of the eastern zone of the Dominican Republic, in the municipality of Punta Cana, La Altagracia province.
The new project, called 'Puerto Marina Residences', will exceed an investment of 100
million dollars and will feature 92 luxury residences with ocean views, just 200 meters from
Juanillo beach, according to a press release.
Daniel García Chajin and Iliana Rodríguez Artisty, directors of Utopía Development, highlighted their satisfaction at being part of the collaboration with the European firm, recognized for its dedication, excellence and experience.
They said that the incorporation of the prestigious architectural firm, known for its work in the design of the new football stadium in La Rosaleda Malaga and for its participation in the new Real Madrid Santiago Bernabéu stadium, reflects Utopia Development's commitment to the
tourism development of the Dominican Republic.”
The opening of the real estate complex is projected for the end of 2027, according to the press release.
