SANTO DOMINGO.- Dirava Construcciones announced the extension of its “Cimientos 2026” to allied real estate agencies, with the aim of standardizing training processes and consolidating the professionalization of the sector.
In a press release, they reported that the program is based on internal construction as a metaphor to strengthen leadership and the sense of belonging within organizations.
They indicated that the first stage involved the participation of sales teams from real estate agencies, who attended workshops and received materials focused on organizational management.
The initial stage of the program was an experiential workshop called “building from within,” the press release explains.
According to the information, participating agents agreed that the program allowed them to view their personal and professional lives as a work in constant construction, highlighting that "it brings renewed value to the Dominican real estate sector.".
They indicated that the initiative is being developed in collaboration with the corporate transformation firm Reenfoque Positivo, through the Equilibrio Inmobiliario platform.
The executives of the construction company José Rafael Abreu, Juan Vargas and Jordi Díaz—confirmed that the program will continue in 2026 as part of a comprehensive development strategy for the sector, according to what was communicated by the company.
He also reported that in January 2026 he will begin a second phase of expansion, in which he will assume 50% of the operating costs to expand the participation of more real estate companies in the training.
