SANTO DOMINGO.- With the aim of facilitating access to housing and supporting more Dominican families in one of their most important financial decisions, Banco Santa Cruz will hold the mortgage fair "Tu Hogar Santa Cruz" from August 28 to 30, in the Central Atrium of Ágora Mall.
The fair will bring together a wide range of residential and tourist projects from renowned construction and real estate companies in the country, with options in Santo Domingo, Santiago, Punta Cana, Puerto Plata, La Romana, San Francisco de Macorís, among other locations.
The financial institution explained that visitors will be able to see projects that are in the planning stages, under construction, and ready for immediate delivery, including options that qualify for the First Home Bonus.
He stated that during the day, those interested will have access to preferential financing conditions in pesos and dollars, with fixed interest rates of up to 10 years and financing terms of up to 25 years.
