SANTO DOMINGO.- The Association of Real Estate Companies and Agents of the Province of San Cristóbal (ASOAGEIM) recently held a training day to strengthen the work of its members.
The meeting was facilitated by a group of professionals from RE/MAX Dominican Republic, who shared their experience and knowledge with the more than 70 real estate agents present at the event.

Titled "The ABCs of the Real Estate Business," attendees received information on the latest developments and trends currently shaping the real estate market in the country.
A press release highlights that the topics covered included digital real estate marketing, property acquisition, artificial intelligence, technologies and CRM applied to the real estate market, mortgage loans and business relationships with banks, organization and management of real estate teams, among others.
The organization points out that since its formation more than 2 years ago, it has strived to contribute to the strengthening and professionalization of the real estate sector in the southern province.
“As part of this process, ASOAGEIM has focused its efforts on the organization and continuous training of the sales force dedicated to the real estate business in the province of San Cristóbal,” the press release states.
He points out that with this and other initiatives, the association seeks to strengthen the real estate sector and join forces.

The union expressed its agreement with the law being considered by the Justice Committee of the Chamber of Deputies, to regulate real estate intermediation in the Dominican Republic.
Among the speakers who participated in the training event were Mélido Marte, regional director of RE/MAX, Dominican Republic, and Alejandro Romero, general manager of the franchise that currently operates almost 40 offices in the Dominican Republic.
