Ana Seydi López: The power of exclusivity allows for a more effective approach

SANTO DOMINGO.– Ana Seydi López, director of CRS Central America and the Dominican Republic, says that the power of exclusivity in the real estate sector allows real estate brokers a more effective focus on both customer satisfaction and maximizing profits.

One of the formulas she offers to achieve this is to establish an active collaborative network with colleagues "so we can share them." "We accomplish more when I represent one side and the other represents the other side, because the deal moves faster and we have happier clients," she explained while presenting "exclusives: a path to well-being" during the seventh edition of "Real Estate Women's Day.".

She asserts that happy customers maximize finances and "if you share, you're not alone in the process," arguing that collaboration leads to better service and ultimately, success.

“When we work in real estate, we have to visit, advertise, cooperate, advise, keep information confidential, report, do home staging, receive offers, paperwork, recommendations, fees, because if we don't work on it, we won't have profitability,” he says.

All of the above, says López, are exclusive services for those clients who trust real estate agents, "those who listen to us and want to be advised.".

She suggests making an open list to clarify life's priorities. Duty or pleasure—each person decides which side they're on.

“When I start from what is important in my life, I can have a harmonious life cycle; we are whole beings, we are not in a property business, but a people business, and each one must see what is important to us.”.

He believes that the real estate business requires planning for loyal clients who want to be helped and work alongside the best colleagues, so that operations are carried out effectively and time can be available to dedicate to the things that generate well-being and "that are truly important for our lives.".

Ana Seydi López believes that building lasting relationships with loyal customers, in collaboration with colleagues, will lead to greater well-being and increased productivity. "After the pandemic, when we work with greater well-being, we are more productive and therefore more profitable.".

"Not because it's fashionable or because others are doing it, but for the benefit of others. If you want a hundred years of prosperity, cultivate people, then invest in their well-being and it will increase your real estate success.".
