SANTO DOMINGO- The Real Estate Certification Advanced Version (CBR02), from the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI), will be offered once again from September 18 to 22 of this year 2023, in virtual mode.
The association that includes Dominican real estate agents and agencies reiterates that the training is aimed at those who have completed the basic certification, CBR-01.
“Get ready to boost your success in the real estate market with CBR 02 certification. This is a unique opportunity to stay ahead of the curve in a constantly changing real estate world,” the AEI posted on Instagram.
The classes, which last 20 hours and start at 6:00 PM, include knowledge of rentals in the Dominican Republic, and will teach techniques to overcome objections and make sales.
Also, what a real estate agent should know about construction methods and processes and finishes, the importance of focusing efforts on a specific market, and the 4Ps of real estate marketing (product, price, point of sale and promotion).
“Five advanced modules with the tools and knowledge you need to establish yourself in your career within the real estate business,” highlights the AEI.
The lineup of exhibitors includes Ilonka Castillo de Cesti, Wayne Wheeler, Alenny Garabito, Teresa Pérez de Peralta, Indhira Desangles, Rafael González, Paola Simó, Iván Guerrero, among others.
