SANTO DOMINGO- The opportunities that the Dominican Republic offers to the world from a real estate point of view was the topic that the president of the AEI, Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies, presented at the recently held congress in Costa Rica, aimed at real estate actors.
Alberto Bogaert participated among the 50 panelists from 16 countries who, during two days, the 23rd and 24th of this month, met at the “Costa Rica Real Estate Congress 2022”, where the current situation of the sector, its challenges and prospects were discussed.
Real estate development prospects in the Pacific, current business and industry news, sustainable and resilient construction: new niches for the real estate business sector; how to be a successful real estate broker in a competitive market, the success of franchises in the real estate sector and smart and comprehensive security, were among the topics discussed at the meeting.

Also taking place was a panel of lawyers, experts, appraisers and financiers; a forum on the prospects of real estate businesses in Latin America; free zones in emerging markets, Smart contracts in real estate, proptech technology latest trends, how to put together a real estate project from beginning to end, citing Panama as an example.
The five pillars of neuroscience that will make you soar in sales was another of the topics covered, along with leadership that transcends, the rescue of historic centers and their commercialization, the importance of social networks in the real estate sector, tokenization of real estate projects, and the importance of certifications, licenses and exclusivity in Latin American markets.
In addition to Boagert, the speakers included Jordi Ribó, former world president of the International Federation of Real Estate Agents (FIABCI), Tony Hanna, CEO of Tiburones Inmobiliarios and former president of FIABCI 2017-2019, Adrian Mora, president of the Costa Rican Chamber of Real Estate Brokers, Mauricio Rodríguez, Broker/Owner of Remax Venezuela, Alejandro Kuri, Mexico, among others.
