SANTO DOMINGO- "Real Estate Training and Management for New Agents" is the training provided by the AEI, the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies, and covers the first stage of the training plan developed by the entity for the entire Dominican real estate community.
This first cycle, called “Certification 01”, is aimed at new agents who undertake the task of real estate, where they are offered the basic tools to get started in the profession, with timely information, according to the needs of the national market.
From February 20th to 24th of this year, the association announces that it will carry out the first part of its training program, in the virtual Zoom format, where it will dedicate 20 hours of knowledge for the participants, from six in the afternoon to nine at night.
Introduction to the real estate business, with expert Ilonka Castillo, is the first module that instructs new agents to be able to develop a work plan that ensures success in their practice.
Claudia Castillo, who will cover the basics of property valuation, will be in charge of module two; in addition, Robinson Cuello will share his knowledge of the legal aspects of the real estate business with the audience, including real estate jurisdiction, condominium law, and money laundering.
Module three will be led by Edgar Arguello, who will discuss digital real estate marketing, social media and its promotional resources, and the meaning of branding; while the second part will be led by veteran Iván Guerrero, covering topics from lead generation to closing and offering interesting tips on creating publications to strengthen real estate sales.
Ethics is not left out of the AEI's educational program, and that is why Alenny Garabito and Teresa Pérez will dedicate a session in module four to its management in real estate businesses and will talk about the work that the association performs in the sector; combining the agenda of this day with Roberto Carlos Jorge, an expert who will talk about the Trust Law.
To conclude on the 24th, module five will be held where special guest Freddy Liriano will address the concept of the AEI Marketplace as a networking and business generation tool; in the second part, the president of the entity, Alberto Bogaert, will talk with Juan Estévez, Top Producer and broker of Mr Home, about the latter's experience in the real estate business.
