SANTO DOMINGO.- Victor Báez Gómez, one of the founders of the Association of Real Estate Agencies and Companies (AEI), and of whom he was president on three occasions, passed away yesterday afternoon, Friday, April 10.
The Dominican real estate agents' association announced the passing of Mr. [Name], a visionary and passionate leader who dedicated a significant part of his life to the growth and development of the Dominican Republic's real estate industry. "The Dominican Republic's real estate industry deeply regrets the passing this afternoon of Mr. [Name], a visionary and passionate leader who dedicated a significant part of his life to the growth and development of the sector," the association stated.
The Association said that as the founder of the AEI and its president on three occasions, his legacy is indelible. "For 36 years, his leadership, guidance, and advice were fundamental to the success of our community," it stated.
He highlighted his commitment, passion, and dedication, stating that these qualities made him a father and friend to many. "His passing leaves a void impossible to fill, but his memory and legacy will remain with us.".
Funeral rites
The funeral services for Víctor Báez Gómez will be held at the Blandino Funeral Home this Saturday the 11th from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm and tomorrow, Sunday the 12th, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
The AEI expressed its deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.
