This will be the program for the 2023 edition of Real Estate Women's Day

SANTO DOMINGO.- An extensive program with varied content has been prepared by the Women in Real Estate Club, to be launched tomorrow, November 1st, at “Real Estate Women’s Day”, 2023 edition.

Under the motto "Money, business and lifestyles", the annual meeting will take place at the Catalonia Hotel, Santo Domingo, from eight in the morning until five in the afternoon.

“We are a club of women united for the purpose of doing business, learning, growing and helping,” states the official website of the event, which also highlights that the funds raised in the activity will contribute to supporting homeless children, through the Amazonas Foundation of the country.

Program

Wellness and real estate tourism will be the first topic of the day, with Flavio Acuña, vice president of the Ibero-American Association of Wellness & Health Tourism of Uruguay, following the welcome words that will be given by Marbel Lugo, president of the Women Real Estate Club.

The benefits of the Confotur Law for national and foreign investors will be presented by Brenda Morales, head of that Technical Directorate at the Ministry of Tourism; while Digna Paulino will offer guidelines for improving personal finances.

Urban Group will discuss its success as a real estate model, which brings together various professionals, while Costa Rican Ana Seydi López will talk about exclusive sales; the morning session will be closed by Karen Troncoso, who will showcase her experience with the Home Staging technique.

After lunch there will be a panel of experts on women's leadership in the real estate and business sectors, moderated by Jhoanny Gil from the company Algonovo and the presentations of Claudia Castillo, director of AEI Mujer; Amarilis Durán, president of the Federation of Women; and Belkis Cuello, from BC Real Estate.

At 2 p.m., Claudia Guzmán from Plusval Dominicana will talk about commercial operations and more; Colombian Miguel González will continue the agenda by discussing digital marketing as a sales tool.

The creation of comprehensive communities will be presented by Elia Briceño, director of the Bricket Group; followed by Mariel Villalona, ​​a specialist in the area, who will speak about the importance of the stock market in the Dominican Republic.

The third segment will feature Paola Romero, CEO of Grupo Certezza, who will discuss legal security; Charina Fermín, sales director, will explain the City Place Luxury project located in Punta Cana.

 Noel Ureña, former president of the National Association of Companies and Industrialists of Herrera, will address the topic "if you can dream it, you can undertake it"; Rosanna Lugo will present on women's health and well-being; and Osman González, director of promotion and marketing at CIVILMEK, will provide the keys to improving sales.
