PUNTA CANA- The third edition of the Dominican real estate fair "Real Estate Summit", 2023, culminated in this tourist destination last weekend, an event that served to enrich the country's real estate offerings.
The event, which brought together representatives of the Dominican real estate sector, took place at the Westin Punta Cana hotel. A press release highlights that investors from more than 10 countries attended the meeting to explore the real estate opportunities the country offers.
He highlighted that the activity was successful in promoting clarity and transparency within the industry that handles the purchase and sale of properties and that investment projections could reach US$20 million in the coming months, according to Marcus Boereau, Founder and CEO of IMAR Ventures, a company that facilitates foreign investment in the Caribbean.

“We are proud to be the only platform that brings together all stakeholders for a weekend, including bankers, financial advisors, lawyers, tax advisors, developers, real estate professionals and influencers, fostering clarity and transparency in the real estate sector of the Dominican Republic,” the executive said.
During the exhibition, the press release explains, panel discussions, presentations, and project tours were held. "One of the central themes that emerged was the urgent need for transparency and clarity in real estate transactions, a fundamental factor in building trust among investors and ensuring sustainable growth," explains the statement sent to El Inmobiliario.
The event featured international real estate expert Barbara Warren; Gesproin Group CEO Javier Donoso; and Scotiabank's Bávaro Branch Manager Ramón Marte as special guests, among others.
Also present were Alter Legal, who spoke about legal security; Yellow Key for property management; Grupo JD to explain the issue of taxes; as well as the developers Gesproin, Noval Properties, Grupo Perassan, Frangipani Property and the real estate agency Blue Caribbean, who presented their real estate projects to the group of potential investors.
