SANTO DOMINGO.- The highly anticipated third edition of the Noval Awards, the event that brings together the largest number of real estate agents on one stage, returns this coming December 12, with a lineup of categories that will distinguish the most outstanding real estate brokers in the Dominican Republic.
Noval Properties, the company sponsoring the event, announced that in the 2023 edition, 12 awards will be given to the real estate firms that produced the most results this year, located in the destinations where the developer is developing its projects: Punta Cana, Santo Domingo and the North Zone.
This year's edition, which will take place from 7:00 PM at the Hotel Jaragua, has been named "Masquerade", so guests must attend wearing their masks.
Categories
The categories selected for recognition this year will be: Leading Real Estate Company in Sales, North Zone, International, Santo Domingo and Punta Cana; Revelation of the Year, Outstanding in International Business, Noval of the Year, Broker of the Year, Legend of the Real Estate Sector, Excellence and Focus on Real Estate, Commitment to the Client and Best Real Estate Marketing.

Nominees
Among the nominees for leading real estate sales in the North region are Real Estate in Las Terrenas, Yolanda Landinez Realtor and Veta Inmobiliaria; leading international sales include RE/MAX Premier International Canada, Sunset Real Estate Canada, Global Networking Realty USA and Blue Home Property of Puerto Rico.
Three outstanding real estate agents have been nominated for the legend of the real estate sector: Mélido Marte and Raysa Jiminián, from RE/MAX Metropolitana; and Bienvenido Paulino from Plusval Venta Directa.
In the category of best real estate marketing, Tu CasaRD, Apartamentos RD, Blue Caribbean Properties, Keller Williams Punta Cana and Urban Group are competing.
Competing for the Noval of the Year award are Tu CasaRD, Sunset Real Estate, RE/MAX Premier International, Vita Home Inmobiliaria and Urban Group; for the Broker of the Year award, Rosaura Mejía of Vita Home Inmobiliaria and Erick Núñez of Tu CasaRD will compete, the latter being the winner of this award last year.
Also listed are Jaime Díaz, Keller Williams Capital; Vincent Arés-Demers, Sunset Real Estate and José Ángel Ferreira Russo, of Inversiones Drive RD.
For leading real estate sales in Santo Domingo, the competitors are: Tu CasaRD, Vita Home Inmobiliaria, Urban Group, BC Real Estate and Keller Williams Capital; for leading sales in Punta Cana, the 2023 Awards nominated Dominican Home, Blue Caribbean Properties, Inversora Torres and Keller Williams Punta Cana.
Top winners 2022
Tu Casa RD was crowned the big favorite of the second edition of the “Noval Awards” last year, winning three nominations out of the thirteen awarded.
The categories in which the real estate firm was the winner were Real Estate of the Year, in addition to taking the statuette as Leading Sales Broker and Excellence Santo Domingo which it shared with Urban Group, which was also selected as a winner.
Jackpot
The winner of the Noval of the Year award at the third edition of the Noval Awards will ride in a 2023 Mercedes Benz, which he will receive as his prize.
