SANTO DOMINGO.- The Noval Awards, the night Noval Properties recognizes the most outstanding real estate agents in the sale of the developer's properties, returns for its fourth edition on December 12 of this year, with multiple recognitions and awards for those who obtained outstanding scores.
The halls of the Catalonia Hotel located on George Washington Avenue (Malecón), in the Dominican capital, will be the venue for the biggest real estate party of the year, dedicated to recognizing the effort of those who, with commitment, discipline and dedication, went the extra mile in the sale of the development firm's properties.
In the 2024 edition, 500 real estate agents and national and international guests have been invited to attend the spectacular gala, as explained by Andrés Melán, Marketing Director of Noval Properties.

Twelve categories will comprise the nominations portfolio for this year's edition, which is called "Mission Diamond Noval." "The most effective and elegant mission in the real estate industry," noted Melán, who listed the categories that will be awarded at the 2024 gala:
-Noval of the Year
-Broker of the Year
-Revelation of the Year
-Leading real estate agency in Santo Domingo
-Leading real estate agency in Punta Cana
-Leading real estate agency in sales in the northern zone
-Leading real estate company in international sales
-Outstanding in international business
-Prominent woman in the real estate sector
-Excellence and focus in real estate
-Customer commitment
-Better real estate marketing
2023 Nominees
The Keller Williams franchise and Tu CasaRD topped the list of companies last year at the Noval Awards 2023, appearing with the most nominations, four in total, followed by RE/MAX, Urban Group and Sunset Real Estate Canada.
Last year the category “legend of the real estate sector” was included, for which real estate agents Mélido Marte and Raysa Jiminián, from RE/MAX Metropolitana; and Bienvenido Paulino from Plusval Venta Directa were nominated, with the latter being the winner.
Some winners from last year
RE/MAX Premier International was crowned the big winner of the third edition of the Noval Awards last year, taking home the Noval of the Year 2023.
Also, Yolanda Landinez Realtor, from Santo Domingo TuCasaRD, Punta Cana Blue Caribbean, was the winner as the leading real estate agency in sales in the northern zone.
The broker of the year was Vincent Arés-Demers, of Sunset Real Estate, Erick Núñez, of Tu Casa RD, received the Noval Awards in the category “Commitment to the client”, among other award winners.
