SANTO DOMINGO.– RE/MAX Dominicana announced that since the first of April it has been holding a virtual fair, through which it has made available to interested parties various alternatives with more than 24,000 properties and competitive rates so that potential clients can acquire the home of their choice with ease.
“My Own Roof” is the name of the web-based exhibition, in which the 38 offices spread throughout the national geography participate, forming part of the pioneering real estate firm in the Dominican Republic in the marketing of properties.
The virtual exhibition is being held in partnership with the La Nacional Savings and Loan Association, from the first of this month until April 30th, focused on Dominicans, both national residents and the diaspora, as well as foreigners with roots in the country, as explained by Alejandro Romero, general manager of RE/MAX Dominicana.
The executive pointed out that the brand he represents has made available to interested parties the more than 500 real estate agents that are part of the franchise's registry with a wide portfolio of properties ranging from low-cost to luxury and projects with upcoming dates or ready for delivery.

Rates
Mortgage rates range from 12.50% fixed for one year, 13% fixed for three years, and 14.00% fixed for the duration of the loan. “These rates also apply to refinancings, with financing options covering up to 90% of the property value,” states a document sent by the Marketing department to El Inmobiliario.
