Peruvian construction company announces expansion of investments in Punta Cana

It presents progress on the construction of Alta Vista Village I and II.

SANTO DOMINGO.- Huacachina Inversiones e Inmobiliaria, a Peruvian business group that established itself in the Dominican Republic two years ago, where it acquired one and a half million square meters for land and housing, announced this week that it will expand its villa offerings in Punta Cana, given the high demand.

Ismael Rubio, a representative, explained that the Group originally acquired the aforementioned portion of land, from which Alta Vista 1 emerged with 1,500 lots, sold in record time, according to a press release.

He adds that the success of sales led them to acquire new land where Alta Vista Village I and II, a complex of one- and two-bedroom villas, is located.

“Now we are announcing the expansion of Alta Vista where we will have three-bedroom villas of 125 square meters, whose large size promises to redefine the standards of the national market,” said Ariel Grasso, of RE/MAX Metropolitana, who is in charge of marketing the real estate development.

At a meeting held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotel in Santo Domingo, Grassó highlighted that the new venture represents a valuable alternative and was a necessity for the booming Punta Cana market.

Progress towards credibility

As a foreign-registered construction company seeking to inspire confidence in the Dominican market, the Huacachina Investments and Real Estate Group decided to share the progress of the project with the large group of real estate agents. The first stage of the project is projected to be delivered in December of this year.

Before more than 150 representatives of real estate in the country, proof of the construction permits was presented and details of the building, located near the community of La Otra Banda, in the province of La Altagracia, were offered.

“Alta Vista Village, an emblematic project, showcases its transformation with a visionary approach and an impeccable commitment to excellence in design and construction,” Rubio explained.

Our main objective is to be a great community and provide within the development the basic needs that are required, such as a beauty salon, supermarket, barbershop, among others, for this reason, we have set aside lots and a large area for a commercial zone,” the company website highlights.

The real estate development will feature amenities such as a club, children's play area, and outdoor gym; the land will be divided into residential areas, apartments, institutional and commercial areas.
