SANTO DOMINGO.- César Latrilla, executive director of Noval Properties, assured that the main strategy of that developer is focused on the expectations of the public that buys its properties, to make their dreams come true by acquiring one of the properties offered by that company.
He explained that this has been the brand's focus from its beginnings to the present day, "when we are in the midst of a large-scale expansion process," the executive noted, alluding to the launch of a project in the Dominican capital as part of its growth plan.
At the beginning of 2023, Noval Properties announced the Jardines de Bellas Artes project, a combined complex that will feature three levels of a boutique hotel with more than 60 rooms and 180 one- and two-bedroom apartments, located in Gazcue.
In this way, the company enters the Santo Domingo market in a big way with a project that will have a modern lobby, gym, lounge and spa, infinity pool, pet area, ocean view, among other high-end features.
Also at the end of 2022, the developer inaugurated the River Island and Silver Beach projects in Punta Cana and Las Terrenas, respectively.
Latrilla shared his thoughts during the first open house of 2023, held last weekend, where the firm presented a selection of its properties to investors, real estate agents and potential buyers in general.
The open house allowed attendees to experience firsthand the amenities, exquisite and innovative design of the properties offered by the developer in each of its projects.
Yahaira Batista, sales director of Noval Properties Santo Domingo, considered that the country's real estate market has developed exponentially in recent years, with the inclusion of this type of event that emulates other world-class events.
“This is a great moment in the trajectory of the Dominican real estate sector,” declared Lorena Sevilla, sales director in Punta Cana, where the meeting took place, specifically at Katmandu Park Punta Cana.
