SANTO DOMINGO.– Noval consolidated the Dominican representation at NAAR NXT, the annual convention of the National Association of REALTORS®, held in Houston, Texas, where thousands of real estate professionals from more than 70 countries meet.
The developer's participation reaffirms the Dominican Republic's position as one of the most attractive tourism and real estate investment destinations in the Caribbean, according to a press release.
The Dominican delegation included representatives from the Dominican consulate in Houston, Texas, demonstrating institutional support for the growth of the sector.
The press release highlights that during the meeting, Noval strengthened ties with international leaders such as Larissa Ortiz, Broker of Multy Realty and Vice Chair of the Florida Realtors Global Business Committee, thus expanding opportunities for marketing and global cooperation.
During the meeting, Alberto Bogaert, director of the Association of Real Estate Agencies and Companies (AEI), highlighted the country's strength in the eyes of international investors:

At NAAR NXT, the pioneering firm in tourism development in the eastern region presented its flagship projects, such as Poseidonia Residence by Aston, which stands out for its high-standard hotel design and operation. Furthermore, the fair facilitated a key exchange on global trends, artificial intelligence applied to real estate, and international investment strategies that strengthen the competitiveness of the Dominican sector.
Noval's presence at this event generates tangible benefits for the country's real estate ecosystem, explains the press release, citing market expansion by making direct contact with high-level brokers in the US, Canada, Europe and Latin America.
Add to that the increase in international credibility with the strengthening of the country's image as a reliable and high-performing destination, the transfer of knowledge with access to best practices, new technologies and global trends, as well as strategic alliances with representation agreements and international work networks.
