SANTO DOMINGO.- Mobiliapp is a free web platform and app, designed for the publication and search of real estate assets, which emerged about a year ago to support the work of the real estate industry.
“It is a tool that uses geolocation to allow us to know details of the sector such as nearby schools, daycare centers, public transport routes, etc.,” explains Rafael Paredes Uribe, founder of the company Mobiliapp SRL.
He argues that these details help users decide more quickly on one property or another and are very effective for those who are outside the country.
Mobiliapp is aimed at real estate agents, construction companies, real estate agencies, banks, direct owners, international students, investors residing abroad, tourists, Dominicans living abroad who seek to invest in the country, passengers with long stays and the general public who wish to rent or buy a real estate asset.

Rafael Paredes Uribe defines himself as an entrepreneur, adventurer and curious, a final-year student of Industrial Engineering at the Ibero-American University (UNIBE), with more than 5 years of experience in the financial and automotive sector, knowledge in process design, customer experience, direction and execution of projects based on PMBOK.
