More than 100 real estate agents participate in ProEstate meeting in Santiago de los Caballeros

SANTO DOMINGOMore than 100 real estate agents from various firms attended the first meeting held by the ProEstate Real Estate Group in Santiago de los Caballeros. “Adjusting the Sails of the Real Estate Business”brought together representatives from different northern provinces of the country, including Nagua, Puerto Plata, and Santiago.

Keila González and Eddy Peña, founders of the firm in the Heart City, led the coordination of this first meeting in the region, which was aimed at professionals in the real estate and construction sector, with the purpose of offering practical tools for business growth.

The training day included three presentations where experts shared proven formulas to boost the real estate business and close sales strategically, providing participants with applicable tools to achieve greater performance in the market.

Orlando Báez opened the series with his presentation “Scale Sales: The One-to-Many Method for Real Estate Agents,” focused on the advantages of webinars. Following this, engineer Rafael Duránaddressed the challenges of trusts in project development, emphasizing the importance of achieving operational and financial balance, in his presentation “How to Structure Large Projects Using Trusts.”

One of the founders of the host brand, Pedro Dipp, took to the stage to present strategies for the formation and management of Master Brokers, in his presentation, “Formation and management of Master Brokers”.

Also present was Marisol Shanlatte, general manager of CEO Inmobiliario, who spoke about the community and highlighted the various advantages of joining the project that seeks to unite various real estate entrepreneurs.
