Prestigious professionals who have made a name for themselves in the industry through their knowledge and best practices will take the stage on September 30th at the Catalonia Hotelto guide attendees and offer them new tools on how to conduct property transactions in the Dominican Republic safely.
Among the wide range of specialists, the Media Group El Inmobiliario announced that Ana Bello is a lawyer specializing in Real Estate and Registry Law, with more than 13 years of experience in the public and private sectors, with a master's degree in Real Estate and Registry Law.
Also presenting will be Hernando Gómez, a Colombian economist and administrator, specialist in Project Management, Master in Administration with emphasis on Innovation and Master as a Trainer of Trainers.
Reyna Echenique, a lawyer with more than 20 years in the real estate sector, specializing in real estate, registry, family, civil law, among others, and author of the book Real Estate from a Legal Point of View, cannot be left out due to her extensive knowledge and experience advising foreign investors.
The meeting will also feature Joan Trilla and Javier Donoso, two Spanish entrepreneurs who are making a name for themselves in Punta Cana, raising the bar for best practices in construction with numerous projects that are raising national standards.
Businesswoman Vivian Reyes, an architect with a master's degree and postgraduate studies in construction management, founder of Urbe Construcciones, affiliated with ACOPROVI, and former vice-minister of the Ministry of Housing, will lead the panel to present the legal guarantees that the country offers as a destination in real estate matters.
Eddy Alcántara, executive director of Pro Consumidor, specializing in Constitutional, Civil and Real Estate law and current president of the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network (ICPEN), will be one of the panelists.
Also, businesswoman Annerys Meléndez, a civil engineer with a master's degree in construction management and current president of the Dominican Association of Housing Builders and Promoters (Acoprovi).
Idamis Lozada will be on the panel representing the Dominican Republic's Multiple Banking Association (ABA). She holds a law degree, a postgraduate degree in Management Development, and a master's degree in Banking and Financial Law.
