SANTO DOMINGO– The Association of Housing Builders and Developers (Acoprovi) invites all professionals in the real estate sector to participate in the business luncheon, which will be held next Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 12:00 PM, in the Gran Ópalo Room, of the Embassy Suites by Hilton, in Santo Domingo.
Under the title "Legal Protection for Developers: Crisis Management and Fraud Prevention", the meeting aims to offer attendees essential tools to manage and prevent potential reputational crises and fraud within the real estate sector.

During lunch, an interactive panel discussion will be held on best practices for preventing fraud and reputational crises, focusing on contract protection, case studies, success stories, and registry alerts. This session will provide key strategies for safeguarding the legal and reputational integrity of developers.
In addition, the event will include a special conference entitled "Reputational Risks and Crisis Management in the Construction Sector," presented by Eduardo Valcárcel, Managing Partner of Newlink Dominicana. In his presentation, Mr. Valcárcel will share his experience and insights on how the construction sector can effectively manage reputational risks and crises, thereby ensuring sound and secure business management.
