SANTO DOMINGO.- In the last four years, RE/MAX Dominican Republic has strengthened in its various areas, with significant growth that positions it in the top spot it occupies as a pioneer in real estate management in the country.
Manuel Alejandro Grullón, president of the franchise's Board of Directors, stated yesterday that RE/MAX RD's sales in the 2019-2022 period increased by 101%, while the number of offices rose by 87% in the same period.
In presenting the real estate firm's achievement report at "Re/unidos: RE/MAX RD National Convention," the businessman showed figures that recorded that commissions increased by 106%, associates by 45%, while mortgage disbursements grew by 232% in the aforementioned period.
Grullón highlighted RE/MAX's management structure, noting that its Board of Directors consists of 11 members and four supporting committees. He explained that from 2019 to last year, the Board held 31 sessions and the committees held 161 meetings, also emphasizing the brand's strong position within Dominican society.
For his part, Alejandro Romero, General Manager, reported that during the past year RE/MAX Dominicana's sales amounted to US$315 million, while so far this year 2023 they exceed US$86 million, surpassing expectations, he specified.

He presented robust figures, stating that the country's pioneering franchise now has 28 offices, and according to his data, has more than 400 agents and an inventory with multiple properties for different audiences.
“We have an exciting future ahead, full of great promise. We will continue to grow in terms of associates and offices, increasing our inventory and network business. We will remain focused on maintaining our brand's position as the leading company in the sector in the country,” Romero stated.
Before more than 400 agents gathered at Casa España, the executive spoke about RE/MAX's work plan for the coming years and the new developments it proposes to implement to strengthen the work of its brokers and the brand.

Mélido Marte, regional director, was recognized for his 34 years in the profession, 28 of which have been through the franchise, whose presence extends to more than 100 countries in the world.

RE/MAX Dominican Republic also recognized a group of real estate agents who distinguished themselves through their achievements during the past year. The President category included Eiko Kokubun, Wendy García, Juan Hernández, María Teresa Gómez, Megan Alfonseca, Jorge Lorenzo, Yolanda Núñez, Ubaldina Báez, Evelyn Puello, Susan Muñiz, Edgar Belliard, Henry Urbáez, Paola Rodríguez, Johanna Rodríguez, Raysa Jiminián, Katherine Lara, Gregory de la Cruz, Indhira Cordero, Asilde Mariñez, Orquidea Batista, Frederic Ager, and Isaías Medina, among others.
Similarly, in the Executive category, Mayra Báez, María Cristina Méndez, Jorge Musa, Darlyn Alonso, Samuel Tineo, Amalia Trenard, Amanda Durán, Elvin Calderón, William Guerrero, José Quintero, Olianny Polanco, Ramón David Castillo, Lourdes Vásquez, Arlene Salcé, among others, were recognized.
