SANTO DOMINGO- On November 11th and 12th, 2023, the Dominican diaspora will have access to various alternatives to explore the possibilities of investing in the country and taking advantage of the good economic climate that the authorities of the current Government acknowledge.
The fourteenth edition of Expo Vivienda 2023, to be held in New York City, will showcase a wide range of offerings from 21 companies, who will bring to North America the multitude of real estate options offered by the Dominican market.
“Our goal is to encourage the diaspora to invest in their nation with the greatest facilities available on the market,” explain the organizers of the exhibition, which will take place at the Dominican House of Culture, located at 2406 Amsterdam Ave, New York, NY.

Beato, founder and president of Expo Vivienda NY; Lenin Meilan, CEO of Inmobiliaria Meilan; Frank Navarro, CEO of Grupo Navarro Ramos; and Gissel Tavarez, CEO of Lanta Inmobiliaria, explained to El Inmobiliario that properties from Punta Cana, Puerto Plata, Santo Domingo, and other locations will be exhibited at the event.
The properties that will be showcased range from apartments, towers, villas, and houses, and aim to show Dominicans residing in the Big Apple the facilities and options that the country has for them to invest in real estate.
The participating companies include Constructora Real, Club de la Salud, Lanta Inmobiliaria, Inmobiliaria Meilan, Grupo Navarro, Formaletas Dominicanas Cáceres, Formaletas NAPREDOM, RE/MAX, Constructora Teddy, Constructora GIZEH, Inmobiliaria y Constructora Blueloft, Grupo FSC, Corp, Victlan Arquitectura + Ingeniería, Constructora Rocoinsa and Inmobiter.
Also KR Real State, Ziel Group, Murcia Group, Constructora TESADI and LOUM Realty Group.
The organizers specified that the exhibitors will offer payment facilities for all properties, including discounts for the fair, convenient installments for projects in the planning stage, and easy reservation options.

Lenin Meilan, CEO of the Meilan Group, has over five years of experience in the real estate market, while engineer Frank Navarro is a real estate broker with over eight years in the sector. José Enrique Beato is an expert in real estate marketing and hospital infrastructure development with over 14 years of experience, and Gissel Tavarez, CEO of Lanta Inmobiliaria, has over four years of experience in the field.
