Gesproin Group brings the resort experience to its residences, under the management of Grupo Banyan

SANTO DOMINGO. - In a world where transformation and adaptation are the only constant, the companies that manage to stay ahead are those that not only recognize the changes, but also adopt and lead them.

Within the real estate market, this general principle is very much present. In recent years, as Javier Donoso, CEO of Gesproin Group, points out, the sector has undergone numerous changes.

One of these is the increase in the supply of tourist apartments, which is outpacing demand. And the reality goes beyond what these words express, as it suggests that this trend will intensify in the coming years.

This scenario, which responds to the constant mentioned earlier, led the real estate development group to reinvent its business model through a strategic alliance with the Banyan Group.

But what does this alliance entail, and what does it represent? The answer is simple. Donoso emphasized that, thanks to this agreement, Gesproin Group incorporates the management of its properties under three of the luxury brands of the renowned international hotel chain.

In this way, they are introducing branded residences to the country. With this concept, Banyan Group manages its residences, guaranteeing that owners enjoy hotel-style management and exclusive services as if they were in a genuine resort.

“This means that owners and residents will be able to enjoy world-class hotel services in their own homes, creating a new standard of luxury and comfort in the real estate market,” said Javier Donoso.

To elaborate on what this partnership represents, he stated that its main interest, in addition to innovation and adaptation, is to elevate the customer experience by integrating world-class hospitality services into its properties.

Similarly, he stated that the implementation of branded residences would guarantee people a safe and profitable investment in the market.

He explained that by being linked to Banyan Group, the properties gain value and a greater appreciation of the investment in the long term.

In addition, owners will have access to exclusive services, such as comprehensive management, maintenance, and luxury amenities.

The CEO of Gesproin Group explained that their real estate projects, under this management, will automatically connect to global distribution channels, offering extended visibility.

“Your property is automatically connected to distribution channels worldwide. Furthermore, thanks to the agreement between Banyan Group and Accor, Europe’s largest hotel company, any of its more than 50 million members can access a Gesproin Group property managed by Banyan Group in the Dominican Republic,” he pointed out.

Additionally, they will have access to the Sanctuary Club, a program that offers discounts, benefits and free stays at destinations within the network, further increasing the value of their investment.

Expansion of the branded residences project

In an interview with El Inmobiliario, Donoso specified that they have a vision to expand this modality to future projects, making branded residences a pillar of their portfolio. 

This year, the real estate developer announced that it will deliver approximately 200 homes that are already in the final stage of construction.

Projects under the management of Grupo Banyan

There are three real estate developments by Gesproin Group that will be under the administration of Grupo Banyan.

On one hand, there's Secret Garden, which has 327 units and is located in El Cortecito. This project will be managed by the Cassia Punta Cana brand.

Wave Garden, with 296 units and located in Cap Cana, will be under the administration of Angsana Cap Cana.

Finally, Moon Garden 1 and 2, a luxury residence project with a total of 305 units in Coral Golf Resort, will be managed according to the Garrya Punta Cana standard.
