SANTO DOMINGO- Excel, a leading investment banking services group, announced that it has signed an agreement with Coral Hospitality Corporation (CHC)for the management of several assets owned by its investment funds.
CHC is a leader in property management, specializing in the tourism sector. The agreement aims to have CHC manage the properties of the real estate funds, contributing to the optimization of property values through timely maintenance and high-level management.

A press release states that Excel closed the year 2022 as the largest real estate fund manager in the country after increasing the assets of its Excel I and II Real Estate Funds by 23%, which has led it to represent more than 27% of the market.
The company maintains that these products allow personal and business investors to be part of a diversified portfolio of high-value real estate and receive the benefits of high profitability and diversification.
Through the Excel I and II Real Estate Funds, the company owns some of the most important properties in the Santo Domingo metropolitan area, including the Embassy Suites by Hilton Hotel, which will be the first of the properties managed under this agreement by CHC.
