SANTO DOMINGO.- The hardware business has taken a turn in recent years, meaning that its portfolio goes beyond tools and construction materials, but also includes products and services for decoration, technology, industrial and personal safety, as well as services and solutions.
With the goal of creating a channel of exchange between manufacturers, importers and distributors of these products and services, the Dominican Association of Hardware Stores (Asodefe) announced the celebration of the 17th edition of Expo Ferretera Dominicana, from June 10 to 12, 2022 at the Convention Center of the Dominican Fiesta Hotel.
Ana Ventura, executive director of the event, highlighted that at Expo Ferretera Dominicana, exhibitors and visitors will find the best opportunity to expand their businesses.
He indicated that the event is being promoted in Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Miami, Colombia and Peru, through representatives, who have already secured reservations for several booths.

For his part, the president of Asodefe, Arturo Espinal, pointed out that the trade show will include workshops, seminars and talks, as well as business matchmaking sessions so that hardware store owners have the opportunity to have direct contact with their suppliers.
