“Well, at first it was difficult because we are both workaholics, but Omar established rules: when we get home, we don't talk about work, and during the day, unless it's an emergency, we don't talk about personal matters.”.
SANTO DOMINGO.- Diana Reinoso and Omar Tejeda lead Inmobiliaria Grupal, an opportunity they take advantage of to offer space to people close to them who want to start a business in the world of real estate.
“Grupal is a space where we give a place to people we are close to, people we trust, that's why three brothers, the partner of one of them, and lifelong friends work here,” they explain.
For the young couple, parents of two children, family is their refuge, their driving force, and the reason why they strive every day to "be better people and to build a solid foundation of values so that each one feels safe, proud, and at peace with their actions.".
One advantage of owning their own real estate agency, they cite, is the satisfaction of building a family legacy. "A place where, God willing, our children and grandchildren will grow and develop into successful professionals.".

Creating a platform, they add, has blessed and changed the lives of many people in our community. “And of course, the ability to manage our own time allows us to travel more often and spend quality time with our families.”.
Since they are both workaholics, they found the key to counteracting it. “Well, at first it was difficult, because we are both work addicts, but Omar established rules: when we get home, we don't talk about work, and during the day, unless it's an emergency, we don't talk about personal matters.”.
They say their personalities complement each other very well; Omar is more hyperactive, while Diana is more analytical and process-oriented. “So we each have different roles in the company. He manages the sales force, and I handle administration and communication,” Diana explains.
They understand that families will always experience moments of crisis, but that these are faced together as a family, not by a single member. "May the home always be a safe place where everyone can express how they feel, where their feelings are taken into account, and where everyone's space is respected.".
They urge everyone to strive for communication and respect to always prevail, for decisions to be made together, and for projects to be undertaken by the entire family team.
