The Cibao Savings and Loan Association continues its expansion in the southern region of the country with the opening of its 56th branch, the second in this important region, located in the center of the province of San Cristóbal.
Rebeca Meléndez, Executive Vice President of Business for the Association, highlighted the historical and economic significance of San Cristóbal. "This province is not only the birthplace of important historical milestones for the Dominican Republic, such as our Constitution, but it is also a key economic engine of the country, with a strong presence in the production of cement, concrete, textiles, and agribusiness.".
"The south of the Dominican Republic presents great opportunities for growth, and our presence here not only responds to an expansion of financial services, but also to a vision of contributing to the economic development of the region," Meléndez added.

Likewise, the manager of the new branch, Fania Díaz, highlighted the importance of having an entity like the Cibao Association in the province. "We are here to offer financial products and services that boost personal and business projects. We want to be a close partner for every individual and company that promotes the development and growth of this province and its citizens," she stated.
He reported that through this new office, customers will be able to carry out all their transactions as usual, such as opening savings accounts, applying for loans and credit cards, withdrawing cash from ATMs and/or tellers, buying and selling foreign currency, among others.
The new space features a ramp for wheelchair users and a priority checkout that allows them direct access to services and products through the window.
The blessing was given by Reverend Father José Victoriano, rector of the Loyola Polytechnic Institute. With this new branch, the Cibao Association reinforces its commitment to the region, contributing to the financial well-being of its inhabitants and supporting projects that promote sustainable development and social progress.
