Plusval and its “Tribute” to outstanding construction projects

“I am honored by this recognition. We are the progress of the Dominican Republic; we are an important part of the Gross Domestic Product.” Fermín Acosta, the evening’s main award recipient.

SANTO DOMINGO– As the clock struck 7 PM last Friday, the 5th of this month, hosts Juana Aybar and René Castillo called on the guests to take their assigned seats. The long-awaited moment had arrived when Plusval Dominicana began to broadcast one of its historic programs, paying tribute to the men of the concrete block, cement, and rebar trades.

La Bodega was the chosen venue to open the curtain on the first edition of the recognition to which nearly 70 developers from Santo Domingo were invited to pay tribute to them for their contributions to the Dominican construction field.

Juan Chalas and Eros Caamaño opened the evening by recounting the early chapters of Plusval, illustrating to the audience its first steps and the strategies implemented to successfully bring to fruition the robust company they showcase today; while motivating the recognition of the evening, arguing the contribution that the construction sector generates in the Dominican economy.

This is how they called the other families who have joined the agency to the stage: Bienvenido Paulino, Mario Almonte, Robert De León, Anabel Martínez and the Santiago natives Edy Veras and Edy E Veras, thus completing the cast of hosts, who welcomed their guests and announced the journey of a night full of distinction and good memories.
