SANTO DOMINGO.– Promoting investment for large tourism and real estate developments in the Dominican Republic was the focus of Mr. Home, Real Estate Advisors, at the recently concluded International Tourism Fair (Fitur) 2024, which took place from January 24 to 24 in Madrid, Spain, and where the firm participated for the second consecutive year.
A press release indicates that the brand's focus was on attracting projects that promote the diversification of the country's tourism offerings, in addition to providing real estate investment advice to Dominicans residing in Europe, where the company completed an agenda of more than 15 meetings with developers and potential new partners.
During the meetings, Mr. Home explained that he finalized a strategic alliance with one of the country's leading tour operators, seeking to promote foreign investment in the real estate sector, consolidating the Dominican Republic's position as an attractive destination for international capital.
“We deeply value the opportunity to participate in Fitur 2024. This allows us to strengthen the confidence of potential investors who see the Dominican real estate sector as a profitable investment tool,” said Elizabeth Santiago, the company’s executive director, who led the firm’s representation. The company has been in the national market for over a decade.
The press release highlights that "this second participation in Fitur reaffirms Mr. Home's commitment to innovation and the sustainable development of the sector in the Dominican Republic.".
The company delegation also included Juan Estévez, founding partner; José Del Orbe, founding partner; Jennifer Ramírez, founding partner; Radhamés Sánchez, sales associate; Rafael Sánchez, sales associate; Nicol Santos, sales agent; and Jorge Chajul, communications and public relations manager.
Mr. Home is a real estate consulting firm founded in 2011 by a group of young entrepreneurs who conceived a concept based on excellent service. It has since expanded to six offices across the country, located in the National District, Punta Cana, Santiago, Santo Domingo East, Santo Domingo West, and San Francisco de Macorís.
