Aimbridge Hospitality announces it will operate Wyndham Alltra all-inclusive resorts in the country

SANTO DOMINGO. – Aimbridge Hospitality, the global third-party hotel management company, announced that it has taken over the management of the Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana and Wyndham Alltra Samaná hotels, as part of itsall-inclusive that was launched in August.

The Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana is owned by Advanced Asset Management (AAM), a leading fund management company. The Wyndham Alltra Samaná is owned by Casa Marina Samaná, SAS. Through strategic investment and repositioning under the Wyndham Alltra brand, the ownership groups have reinforced their commitment to excellence in hospitality and to meeting the growing demand for all-inclusive experiences in the region.

The Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana covers 19 hectares of palm-fringed beach in Uvero Alto, offering 620 contemporary-style rooms and suites.

The Wyndham Alltra Samaná features 404 spacious rooms, bungalows and suites located amidst 15 hectares of coastal beauty, including a stunning beach with a private cove and crystal clear waters.

Both properties began extensive renovations in 2024, preserving the essence of their All Inclusive offerings while updating their hospitality options, with contemporary accommodations, enhanced culinary choices, and extensive leisure and entertainment amenities.

Aimbridge has established the dedicated all-inclusive division to meet the growing opportunity to provide third-party management services in this expanding category.

According to data from Smith Travel Research (STR), a leading global source for benchmarking and market intelligence in the hotel industry, all-inclusive hotels are expanding at a rate four times faster than other leisure segments, attracting growing interest from hotel owners, investors, and brands. Major hotel companies are growing their all-inclusive portfolios primarily through franchise agreements, creating new opportunities for quality operators like Aimbridge.
