In Puerto Plata, the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI) held a meeting with a group of representatives from the sector in this northern region, as part of the process it is carrying out to strengthen ties and publicize the scope of the entity that currently brings together more than 2,000 agents.
Alberto Bogaert, president of the association, along with a delegation from the North, presided over the meeting, held at the Blue JackTar Hotel, located in Playa Dorada, one of the emblematic places that gave rise to tourism in that tourist area.
A press release from the AEI explains that the activity served to strengthen ties, exchange points of view and explain the benefits offered by being part of the association, founded in 1989 to group real estate agents and regulate the profession in the Dominican market.
"At the same time, with this meeting, we aim to identify the needs of real estate agents and companies in Puerto Plata and offer the solutions that the association, as an institution in the real estate market, can offer them for their development and evolution as professionals," the press release states.
In addition to Bogaert, the meeting was attended by Rossy de la Cruz, director of AEI North Zone; as well as Keila González, Emil Díaz Jorge, Raquel Quezada, Thais Arias and Rafael González; and the collaboration of Olivier Flambert and Joel Brugal.
The AEI
Its purpose is to regulate and create the basis for carrying out joint ventures, prevent unfair competition through its conciliatory power of a disciplinary nature, promote cooperation among its members, disseminate information to keep its members updated, offer technical assistance through courses and workshops, try to achieve uniformity in the forms and documents used in carrying out operations; in addition to supporting the legitimate interests of its members by providing the necessary professional assistance and guidance.
