SANTO DOMINGO - From artificial intelligence and a presentation on markets to the new trends shaping the current real estate market agenda, the X CILA-AEI Congress 2025, to be held from August 24 to 27 at the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana, will be packed with valuable content to update the agenda of real estate agents and entrepreneurs.
The event, which combines training, innovation and networking, will bring together hundreds of professionals from the sector from 18 countries in Latin America and Europe.
Strategic expansion in the Caribbean will be one of the topics kicking off the day, presented by Indhira Desangles, a prominent Dominican real estate agent specializing in corporate and commercial properties. Innovation with purpose will be addressed by Marcos Lovera (Argentina), while the current impact of artificial intelligence on the real estate sector will be analyzed by Pepe Gutiérrez (Spain).
The program will also include a conference on how to grow in complex markets, led by Carlos Rentalo (Spain); the leadership of productive real estate teams, which will be developed by Ariel Castillo (Dominican Republic); and the challenges of the luxury property segment globally, a topic that will be presented by Fernando G. Erviti (Spain).
The congress boasts international partners such as NAR Global, the National Association of Realtors, CILA, Certified Residential Specialist, and Sima – The Global Hub of Living, alongside local stakeholders. These organizations will strengthen knowledge exchange, regional integration, and the global reach of the Dominican real estate sector.
The event will also host the 6th AEI International Congress, consolidating a double celebration for the 2025 real estate agenda.
