The Property Registry will open new offices next year to strengthen its services

SANTO DOMINGO.— The Real Estate Registry (RI) plans to open new offices next year and continue strengthening digital services in order to respond to new needs generated in the market.

A press release posted on its website states that during a meeting with the Dominican Association of Tourism and Real Estate Companies (ADETI), Jhonattan Toribio, administrator of the state entity, explained the transformation process the organization is undergoing and the mechanisms used, with the aim of providing a timely response to market growth.

In an exchange about the plans and projects that both parties have for the upcoming 2022, Toribio announced that he is considering the opening of new physical offices, as well as improvements to services and digital tools. 

In his speech, the RI general manager explained that the actions taken to respond to the new needs included the start of the digital transformation process and the expansion of service channels. 

For their part, the representatives of ADETI, led by their president Jorge Subero Medina, presented their proposals and suggestions, in addition to expressing their satisfaction with the openness and willingness of the RI directors to guarantee a quality and timely service.

Also participating in the meeting were Ricardo Noboa, National Director of Title Registration; Ridomil Rojas, National Director of Cadastral Surveys; Verónica Ogando, Deputy Administrator of Management; and Virginia Alejo, Deputy Administrator of Information Technology, who left open the channels of communication, work, and commitment to continue improving real estate services. 

In addition to its president, Yudith Castillo, ADETI was represented by Cruz Apestegui, Tania Ramírez, William Phelan, Luis Enrique Fajardo, Jesús Durán, Beatriz Asilis, Peter Flook, Juan Mejía, and Michael Lugo. Also participating were Evelyn Almonte, Francisco Gómez, Evelyn Khoury, Pedro Espinal, María Matos, Claudia Henríquez, María Virginia de Moya, and Ámbar Soto.
