SANTO DOMINGO.Media Group El Inmobiliario opened registration this Monday, August 3, for the second edition of the Metro Seguro: Connecting Investments forum, which will be held on September 29, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Catalonia Santo Domingo Hotel.
During the month of August, the presale offers a 10% discount before the regular price increases in September, also offering business packages and VIP tickets.
This edition of the event follows the 2025 edition, which brought together representatives from the business sector and provided a platform for exchanging ideas and building relationships between companies and entrepreneurs. That event focused on legal certainty in real estate and construction transactions, under the title "Secure Square Meters: Real Estate Investment Squared," and attracted approximately 250 professionals from the sector.
The 2026 edition maintains the forum's original purpose, conceived as a dynamic space for the exchange of knowledge, the identification of market trends and the generation of strategic alliances between companies and professionals from different sectors, as explained by Ana María Ramos, CEO/director of the Group.
To date, the panel of speakers includes Haivanjoe Ng Cortiñas, former Superintendent of Banks of the Dominican Republic; Mariano Briceño, founder of the Bricket Group; María Cristina Grullón, founding partner of López-Grullón Abogados & Consultores; Melchor Alcántara Damirón, president of Terra Signature and founder of the National Observatory of the Construction and Real Estate Industry (ONIC); Juan José De Arrue Ruiloba, CEO of Strategy Solutions Latin America; Francisco Tavárez, economist and researcher at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD); and Erick Núñez, tourism investment advisor for the company TuCasaRD.
