Nora Gutiérrez-Olmos graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of the Americas in Puebla, Mexico, and a master's degree from the University of Houston. She has 17 years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending, with 15 years as a real estate broker. She owns Mortgage Capital and is the designated broker for Commercial Real Estate of Texas, LLC.
Charles J. Jacobus received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston in 1970 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 1973. He is board certified by the State Bar of Texas in real and commercial law. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Houston Real Estate Lawyers Council, and has served as president of the Real Estate Educators Association, president of the Houston Bar Association's real estate section, and president of the American Bar Association's Real Estate Brokerage and Brokerage Committee. He has served on the editorial board of the American Bar Association's Books and Publications Committee, was mayor of his hometown of Bellaire, Texas, and currently works in real estate.
