LA VEGA.-The real estate company Pragma launched the training program: “Pragma Educa”, with the objective of training real estate agents to positively impact the real estate sector in the country.
The firm's president, engineer Julio Cabrera, explained that through training, Pragma seeks to contribute its bit to the sector "so that together we can raise the value of this market, allowing agents to move to the next level.".

Engineer Cabrera explained that the idea originated with those agents who make the marketing of Pragmas projects possible, with whom they saw the need to invest in order to transform the real estate agent and be part of their growth.
The training program, which is offered free of charge as part of the company's Social Responsibility projects, consists of training every three months, delivered by specialists in the areas of sales and leadership.
A press release highlights that the sessions will be aimed at salespeople from more than 35 real estate agencies across the country, who are selected based on their sales volume.
The first training session was held last October in the city of La Vega and was attended by about 30 real estate agents, while the next one is planned for the beginning of next year in Santo Domingo.
By 2025, four training sessions will be held, designed quarterly based on the training needs expressed by the agents.
