SANTO DOMINGO.– Playa Nueva Romana inaugurated a new commercial space in Downtown Center last Friday, the 17th, as part of its strategy to expand its presence in Santo Domingo and bring its real estate offerings closer to clients, investors, and families interested in residential projects.
According to Playa Nueva Romana, this is the third service point for the residential community in the capital, following the openings at Galería 360 and Bella Vista Mall, with the aim of offering closer access to its portfolio of properties and services.
The inauguration brought together company executives, representatives from the real estate sector, strategic partners, clients and special guests, who learned about the proposal for the new space and the projects being developed by the community.
Growth strategy
During the event, the Country Manager of Dominican Republic Real Estate & Golf, Jesús Durán, stated that the opening is part of the growth that Playa Nueva Romana has experienced in recent years and of the commitment to strengthen its presence in the Dominican real estate market.
As he explained, the residential development has maintained a planned expansion, focused on offering a proposal that combines housing, recreational areas, sports spaces and services for its residents.
For her part, the Commercial and Marketing Director, Rosa Zapata, indicated that the new space seeks to facilitate contact with clients from Santo Domingo and provide information on investment options and projects promoted by the residential community.
Playa Nueva Romana reported that the resort spans over 600 hectares in San Pedro de Macorís and is home to approximately 2,700 residents. It also highlighted that its PGA Ocean's 4 course will host the 2026 PGA Tour Americas Grand Final, scheduled for October 15-18.
