SANTO DOMINGO.- During the celebration of KW Dominicana's sixth anniversary, the organization announced the beginning of a new stage with the official opening of the new KW Punta Cana office, a strategic move that strengthens its presence in the country's main tourist and real estate hub.
Developed in partnership with Joy Real Estate, this office represents much more than a new location: it marks the beginning of a new vision for KW in Punta Cana, said Rodelixa Manzueta, former Regional Director, company shareholder and the one who led Keller Williams' arrival in the Dominican Republic in 2020.
The new office has been designed under a completely revamped model, integrating strengthened leadership, modern processes, cutting-edge technology, and a culture focused on productivity, innovation, collaboration, and business development, with the aim of becoming a benchmark of excellence for real estate agents, owners, buyers, and investors, brand representatives said.
Manzueta highlighted that this opening reflects the strategic importance of Punta Cana for the growth of KW Dominicana and announced that Joel Villafaña, current Regional Director of KW Dominicana, will establish his base of operations in this new office, which will be managed together with his partner from Joy Real Estate, Ailyn Rodríguez.
With this decision, the organization positions its regional leadership in the country's most dynamic real estate market, driving its next stage of expansion from there.
The executives explained that since its arrival in the Dominican Republic, KW Dominicana has impacted the careers of more than 1,400 real estate agents and has closed more than 15,000 real estate transactions, consolidating a community committed to continuous training, excellence, and business growth.
"A new vision inspires the best professionals. A new story creates new opportunities. And a new standard of excellence transforms the real estate market. That story begins today in Punta Cana," they said.
