SANTO DOMINGO.- Nathalia Rodríguez and Xavier Lora Peña are part of the staff at Murcia Group, a young real estate company founded in 2019 that has experienced rapid growth in the northern region. Both students, they agree that teamwork is the key to the firm's continued success.
Nathalia is originally from Jarabacoa, and moved to Santiago de los Caballeros to study Audiovisual Communication and Cinematographic Arts at the Pontifical Catholic University Madre y Maestra (PCMM), a career in which she is in her third year.
The 20-year-old says she wants to deepen her knowledge of digital marketing, for which she will pursue a master's degree specifically in this field. "From a very young age, I've had a knack and talent for communication. I consider myself a creative person and a leader," she emphasizes.
She states that her interest in real estate arose approximately a year ago when she began learning about the industry. She currently works as a sales manager at Murcia Group.
“This company has allowed me to work as part of a team and grow professionally in every aspect. The constant practice of communicating, brainstorming, and negotiating is what keeps me constantly engaged. In my free time, I enjoy exercising and dedicating time to myself. But what I like most is learning, expanding my knowledge and skills to shape the professional I will be in the future,” she explains.
For his part, Xavier Lora Peña, born in Santiago de los Caballeros, is a final-year student of Civil Engineering and an active member of the Murcian Group company, which he joined on May 17, 2020.
“I am currently the Team Leader of the Santiago offices, focused on tourism projects and investment.”.
