SANTO DOMINGO.- Jurgen Klaric invited foreigners to invest in the Dominican Republic because it is the country with the best current opportunities, while challenging anyone to tell him which Latin American nation currently offers the advantages that the Dominican Republic provides.
He urged foreign investors not to be afraid to bring their capital and businesses to the country, highlighting the country's growth and success.
The business influencer, who has been living in Punta Cana for some time, described the Dominican Republic's "success and growth" as "crazy," and highlighted the many opportunities offered by the local market.
"Where are you starting your business now? If you want to move, if you can prove that you receive $2,000 every month, they'll give you residency. Getting residency costs $3,500," the businessman points out in a video posted on his Instagram account, from a restaurant in the Dominican capital.
“This is the land of opportunity, learn not to be confined to your own culture and countries; there is nothing more beautiful than traveling and understanding other countries,” said Klaric, who is one of the main promoters of the Vista Cana project, one of the new attractions of the country's main tourist hub.
He cited countries like Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador, where “the opportunities are all yet to be realized.” He said he has lived in ten countries, and that people ask him why he moved from Orlando to the Dominican Republic. “It’s because the US economy is declining and this country is on the rise, that’s all,” the neuromarketing expert replied.
“I need you to understand that moving to another country isn’t difficult, and when there are countries like this that remind me of Colombia 10 or 15 years ago, where everything was full, everyone was making money, and now it’s the Dominican Republic, which is full of nouveau riche,” he explained, also referring to the number of luxury cars in the country.
“I love the nouveau riche because they buy too much and spend money, they buy houses, apartments, beach houses, cars, so it is very important that they are not afraid to bring their businesses here,” he continued, urging potential foreign investors.
He primarily invited Colombians to come to the country, because he believes that Dominicans don't offer good service and that Colombians and Mexicans are spectacular in that regard. "This country is perfect for them.".
He said that in Punta Cana there isn't a single Peruvian restaurant, nor a single good Mexican one. "I invite business owners and construction companies to come and do business in the Dominican Republic; what we have here is money.".
