Civil Mek presents two new residential projects in Cap Cana

The developments focus on low-density proposals, amenities geared towards well-being, and a strategic location withinthe Destination City.

PUNTA CANA, LA ALTAGRACIA PROVINCE - Last week, the construction and project development company Civil Mek presented the ABYA and VENTO during a meeting with representatives of the real estate sector, where they revealed the characteristics of both proposals, their designs, amenities and technological tools to facilitate their marketing.

The presentations brought together professionals and stakeholders linked to the industry, who had the opportunity to learn the details of these developments that are being added to the residential offering of Cap Cana, one of the most promising tourist and real estate destinations in the Caribbean area.

ABYA: Luxury residential facing the Blue Lake

When offering the details, engineer Milton Lorenzo Franco and architect Osman González, executives of Civil Mek, explained that in the case of ABYA, located in the Ocean Lakes sector, in front of the Blue Lake, in Cap Cana, it includes 64 apartments distributed over six levels, with one, two and three bedroom units, as well as penthouses with private terraces.

They explained that the proposal includes residential spaces designed to combine spaciousness, privacy, and a connection with the surrounding environment. Features include balconies, laundry areas, assigned parking spaces, and, in certain unit types, maid's quarters and terraces with jacuzzis.

"Its amenities include a swimming pool, spa, gym, golf simulator, tennis court, coworking area, children's play areas, and a barbecue area. It also features a double-height lobby and 24/7 security," said Osman González, the developer's commercial director.

He explained that the location is another of its main attractions, due to its proximity to the Cap Cana Marina, Juanillo Beach and the golf courses in the area, as well as restaurants, beach clubs and other services of the resort complex.

Technology to know every detail

During the presentation aimed at representatives of Cap Cana Real Estate, the digital platform designed to support the marketing of the residential project was presented, through a tool that allows to virtually explore the various spaces of the project and their availability for potential buyers.

As part of the planned amenities, the project includes two parking areas for the units, as well as a shared charging station for golf carts near the elevator modules. Representatives stated that ABYA is expected to be delivered by the end of 2029 or the first quarter of 2030.

VENTO: a low-density residential proposal

The second development presented was VENTO, also promoted by Civil Mek, located in Ciudad Las Canas, within Cap Cana.

This is a boutique residential project featuring 45 apartments spread across four levels. The offerings include one- and two-bedroom units with integrated living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as balconies in all apartments, according to representatives.

They stated that the development will feature four penthouses with private staircases leading to independent terraces, as part of an architectural proposal that seeks to take advantage of outdoor spaces and natural air circulation.

As for its common areas, it includes a swimming pool with a sun deck, a gym, coworking spaces, and green areas. Its location also provides access to the Cap Cana Marina, Juanillo Beach, and golf courses such as Punta Espada and Las Iguanas. The project is scheduled for completion in 2030.
