SANTO DOMINGO.- For the Brioso Matos trio, made up of his mother and two sisters, working together represents a challenge, but they have a clear formula for working as a family; in fact, they say that it helps them to expand communication, better define the assignment of roles, and respect each other.
Doña Nelly Matos Martiñez, along with her daughters Gisselle and Gissenia Brioso Matos, started State All Inmobiliaria in 2014, a family real estate company that promotes its slogan "the home of your dreams is here".
The three members share key positions in the firm. Gisselle is the CEO; Gissenia, sales manager; and their mother, Nelly, handles finances, along with a team of ten real estate agents who focus their efforts in Santo Domingo East (Eastern Zone) and the Punta Cana tourist area, buying and selling properties.
“Family is very important because it is the building block of all society and therefore a treasure we possess. We can count on them at any time, and it is something we must always cherish and protect. Furthermore, it is the place where we learn and begin to love and be loved,” the family trio maintains.
The three of them started the real estate agency journey hand in hand and eight years later they testify to the strengths that combine in a family partnership: Commitment, greater responsibility, strengthened communication, more coexistence and respect.
And although they understand that it is a challenge, they clearly assume the roles and apply what they have learned at home: respect, responsibility, honesty, communication and forgiveness.
“My sister is a super strong and dedicated woman, she is super persistent in what she sets out to do and that's why I am super proud of her, as in any sister relationship we have our differences but since we have good communication we understand each other,” says Gissenia.
She says of her sister Giselle that she is admirable, has multiple facets in terms of work, with a strong character but at the same time with a beautiful and humble heart.
They both join together to define their mother: “Nelly Matos is the best mother in the world, a sensitive woman and at the same time super strong, a tireless fighter who loves her children madly... we love you, Mom.”.
