SANTO DOMINGO – The Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI) announced an Executive Real Estate Training Program for agents, brokers, and team leaders seeking to strengthen their technical, strategic, and management skills within the Dominican market. The initiative will take place on Thursday, February 12, in person, with eight hours of intensive training at the Catalonia Santo Domingo Hotel.
The program will be led by Carlos Rentalo, a strategic consultant, real estate trainer, and international speaker, and is inspired by methodologies used by top international producers, adapted to the operational, commercial, and regulatory realities of the Dominican Republic's real estate market. The approach aims to help participants incorporate sound judgment, methodology, and control into their decision-making, client management, and real estate business structuring .
According to information shared by the organizers, the training combines practical tools with a strategic vision aligned with business school standards, emphasizing processes, professional positioning, and team leadership. The content is designed for professionals seeking to advance their performance and operate according to parameters comparable to international industry benchmarks.
As a prelude to the in-person program, the AEI will hold an informational virtual meeting on Tuesday, February 3, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm, via Zoom. Alberto Bogaert, president of the organization, and Carlos Rentalo will participate. The session will cover the content, focus, and objectives of the AEI 2026 Bootcamp, and will also address questions from interested parties.
The initiative is part of efforts to strengthen the professionalization of the Dominican real estate sector, in a context of greater competition, market growth and the need for more solid standards in intermediation, leadership and commercial management.
