SANTO DOMINGO.– The Dominican Association of Housing Builders and Developers (Acoprovi) announced that it will hold a meeting on the rental law and the short-term rental market in the country.
The Peruvian Rodolfo Bragagnini, an expert in rental construction models and CEO of Grupo Padova, will participate in the business luncheon to be held on August 29th.
“Rental Law and Rental Market: A New Real Estate Business Model in the Dominican Republic” is the name of the meeting, aimed at members of the construction industry and people interested in the meeting.
Through its Instagram network, Acoprovi reported that Santiago Sicard, executive president of the Dominican Association of Investment Fund Management Companies (Adosafi), will also be present at the training day.
The information specifies that members will pay RD$5,000 and for non-members the fee is RD$6,000.00
Acoprovi is the entity that brings together builders and whose mission is to consolidate the construction sector through the improvement of conditions for the increase of construction, promotion, marketing and sale of homes in the Dominican Republic.
“To identify the needs of our members and turn them into actions that promote investment, job creation and the progress of the Dominican economy,” the official document of the association states.
