SANTO DOMINGO.-Banco de Reservas announced that it will begin its real estate fair ExpoHogar 2023 this Tuesday, which in the 2023 edition offers the public rates from 7%, fixed for four years for low-cost homes, which are those that are below RD$4.8 million pesos.
The other fixed rates available for other types of housing are: 8% for 6 months; 9% for one year; 10% for 5 years, and 12% for 10 years.
The information was released last night by the general manager of Banreservas, Samuel Pereyra, when announcing financing of up to 90% of the value of the homes and terms of up to 20 years to pay, with fixed rates for up to 10 years.
In the case of commercial premises, financing can cover up to 80% of the property value, with a term of up to 10 years to pay, in addition to having insurance policies for the protection of the client and the property against fire and allied lines.

“In this new version of Expohogar 2023, we have the necessary human and technological resources, and the joint participation of our entire sales force,” he exclaimed to construction entrepreneurs, agents and real estate brokers present at the opening ceremony held in a hotel.
FLEXIBLE INSTALLMENTS
Pereyra added that, in the case of housing, the flexible installment option will be available, which consists of an extraordinary annual payment that will allow a reduction in the amount of the monthly allocations.
Expohogar Banreservas will also offer discounts at affiliated businesses and raffles for those who make disbursements during the expo. The prizes will be distributed as follows: five winners will receive appliances for their new home; four will receive the first installment of their loan; and three will receive a loan for customers who purchase a low-cost home.
To prepare the property
The fair will also offer preferential rates for the purchase of solar panels, and for other elements of conditioning new homes or commercial premises.
Banreservas' more than 300 branches throughout the Dominican Republic, as well as the country's leading real estate and construction companies, will function as exhibition centers to serve clients, with the advantage that the event will take place simultaneously in each province. Financing applications will be evaluated and approved immediately by official bank representatives, according to the financial institution's press release.
He adds that people can pre-qualify through the Bank's portal, via WhatsApp at 809-960-2120 or by going to any of the bank's commercial offices.
Customers who qualify for financing can choose from units available in projects or residential developments across the country.
