AEI reports that tickets for the "Innovate 2024" congress are almost sold out

He asks interested real estate agents to purchase their tickets for the event, which this year will feature 5 exhibitors.

SANTO DOMINGO– With ten days to go before the “Innovate 2024” international congress, the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI) is calling on those interested in attending the event to purchase their tickets and not miss out on the main real estate event held in the country.

“The clock is ticking. Spots for the 5th AEI Innovate 2024 International Congress are filling up fast,” the association recently posted. The event will take place on August 1st of this year at the Catalonia Hotel, located on George Washington Avenue (Malecón) in the Dominican capital, starting at 9:00 AM.

The 2024 edition of the traditional training day will bring four international talents, who will share with local real estate agents the latest market trends and developments, in order to strengthen their practice; they are joined by Elizabeth Martínez, a prominent real estate advisor and associate of RE/MAX Dominican Republic.

The lineup of international speakers is headed by Daniel Cuesta (Miami), an experienced financial consultant and business administrator with multiple certifications that endorse his work. He believes that discipline is the most important thing for a professional, and that everything depends on the effort and respect you give to what you learn.  

Sarah Alzugaray, owner of "Alzugaray Real Estate" from Guatemala, will be joining us . With over 28 years of experience and more than 2,500 properties for sale or rent, she specializes in high-end properties in the best areas of Guatemala City and throughout the country. Her motto is to recognize that buying or selling a property is one of the most important processes in a person's life.

Alejandra Cifuentes, arriving from Colombia, is a trainer, coach, and consultant in real estate and leadership. A social communicator and journalist, she has experience as a director of productivity and training programs for both trainers and real estate agents in Colombia, Mexico, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Chile, and Honduras.  

Marcos Lovera  comes from Argentina with a mission to share ideas and transform the business world by adding value, simplifying processes, and improving customer experiences. Currently part of the RE/MAX Argentina team, he speaks on topics such as sales, marketing, innovation, and customer experience, offering practical methods and motivating his audience. 

Special guests

The event will feature special guests such as Claudia Díaz, global ambassador of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) for the Bahamas, Dominican Republic and Jamaica; David McCoy, who was NAR ambassador in the country from 2018-2020; Ana Seydi López, director of CRS Central America and the Dominican Republic; and Cindy Castillo, real estate coach, based in Orlando, Florida.
