SANTO DOMINGO.– The real estate network RE/MAX announced the opening of a new franchise in the country under the name RE/MAX Infinity, based in Punta Cana and led by Ariel Grasso.
The initiative arises after the report of approximately 5,000 units sold in recent years by the team headed by the prominent real estate advisor, in a context of sustained growth in the Dominican market, especially in tourist destinations.
According to a press release, the new office will focus on marketing off-plan projects and investment opportunities, mainly in high-expansion areas such as Punta Cana, one of the main real estate development hubs in the Caribbean.
A step towards further expansion
Mélido Marte, regional director of RE/MAX Dominican Republic, noted that the opening is part of the brand's expansion process in the country and responds to the consolidation of teams with high levels of productivity.
The press release highlights that in addition to operating as an intermediary in real estate transactions, the franchise will seek to function as a training space for agents, with an emphasis on professional development, marketing strategies and team growth.
With this opening, the company expands its presence in the Dominican market, at a time when the dynamism of the sector continues to be driven by tourism and residential investment in the east of the country.
