SANTO DOMINGO.– A campaign of anticipation flooded media and social networks in recent weeks, arousing the curiosity of the real estate community who wondered about the good news that Noval Properties would bring.
When the firm began operations in 2003, it did so in the country's most well-known tourist destination, Punta Cana, where to date the company has built more than 26 residential projects, expanding to Las Terrenas in Samaná and soon to Jarabacoa and Santiago de los Caballeros.

“Our legacy expands to Santo Domingo,” the advertising post simply stated, while the main real estate agencies and independent real estate brokers in Santo Domingo were summoned to be offered the details of the new development.

“We invite you to the launch of a spectacular work of art, a monument to culture, which will mark a new beginning in the real estate development of Santo Domingo,” was the message of the invitation.
Promptly at 6:00 PM, Noval executives waited next to room 1511 of the rehabilitated Fray Antonio de Montesinos Monument on the Malecón in the capital, for the arrival of the more than 200 real estate representatives called to share the news with them.
The Lenten breeze mingled with the wind from the nearby neighbor, the immense sea, accomplice and companion of the Noval Properties brand, known for its modern constructions.

Yahaira Batista, director of the Santo Domingo division, presented Noval's latest project. Jardines de Bellas Artes is the name of the new development, featuring an exquisite concept that will combine amenities for the most discerning tastes: a three-level boutique hotel with over 60 rooms alongside 180 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
"Its top three levels are designed for those seeking freedom and the pleasure of a property with five-star amenities that maintains its value over time," the executive explained to a large audience that filled the room, eager to learn firsthand about Noval's new project.
Batista invited the large family of the local and international sector to be part of this project, "which is the first of its kind in the Americas," after relying on a video that highlights the benefits of the impressive complex.

Exquisite lobby, gym, lounge and spa, infinity pool, pet area, ocean view, among other high-end features, constitute the main attractions of the new project by Noval Properties, located in front of the Palace of Fine Arts, between Gazcue and the University Zone.
Representatives from the main real estate agencies in the capital attended the event, including: Echenique Group, Remax, Tu CasaRD, Élite House, Plusval, Viviendas 1A, Urban Group, Premium and others.

A band lit up the stage at the end of the presentation, where the luxury of Noval Properties will once again be on display.
